1. Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation email. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may incur a per-person fee of ₹500, charged to the card held on file.

2. Dress Code

Ember & Gold maintains a smart-casual dress code. We request that guests refrain from wearing beachwear, athletic wear, or overly casual attire. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests not meeting these standards.

3. Children & Minors

We welcome children for lunch service. For dinner, we ask that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult supervisor and maintain a level of decorum appropriate to the dining environment.

4. Dietary Requirements

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free kitchen. Please inform our team of any allergies at the time of booking.

5. Private Events

Private dining bookings are subject to a separate agreement and minimum spend requirements. Please contact our events team at events@emberandgold.in for further details.

6. Service Charge

A discretionary service charge of 10% is added to all bills. This is distributed in full to our service team. You may request its removal at any time — no questions asked.

7. Photography

Personal photography for non-commercial purposes is permitted. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written consent from management.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Bengal, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Please write to us at hello@emberandgold.in with the subject "Data Request" and we will respond within 14 business days.

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
